Collagen hydrolyzed powder is rich in essential amino acids peptide powder without flavor and odor.

Collagen demonstrated that it is the closest in its structure to human collagen and can be extracted from the fish but then it can contain residues of heavy metals or be produced from fish scales and then completely free from infection.

The long collagen protein is broken down by enzymes in a process called hydrolysis, to individual amino acids or to aggregates of 2-3 amino acids. Collagen hydrolytes have no flavor and no odor and can be dissolved in any liquid and at any temperature.
