About

Live better, Live Healthier

Many of us will agree that Food is one of the most enjoying things in life but I feel that there is much more to that. I believe that a healthy, balanced nutritional diet is a major milestone towards a healthy way of life that can make ourselves feel better, physically and mentally.

This way of life was not always the path I followed. Despite growing up surrounded by doctors, in the shade of Strawberry and raspberry trees and consuming large quantities of nature’s food in my adulthood I realized that many of the daily basic food I was eating was actually harming my body and making me feel poor in general.

11 years ago I decided that it was time to change my habits. Alongside my training at the Wingate sport institution as a certified aerobic and body shaper instructor, I acquired in depth knowledge in nutrition and physiology. I specialized in the kingston clinic methods by Sara Hemo, I studied morfopsycology and medicinal plants and I put a lot of effort and personal work with developing new eating patterns for myself and for my close family members.

In addition to the above-mentioned, it is quite some time since I became an active participant in the “Israeli Forum for the prevention of heart and vascular diseases”, which frequently sends me updates concerning new medicines in the market. This allows me to have the ability to diagnose specific cases and refer them to the right examinations.

Do you feel like Pizza? It’s all a matter of the right dosage…

In my personal opinion I believe that without the right knowledge it will be hard to make a change. When a person understands how nutritional elements are affecting his body system and how to integrate them into his daily menu so the taste will be satisfying as well – He is much more enthusiastic to try, to vary and to be freely exposed to a new kind of nutrition.

In the process of my meetings which include guidance and lectures with trainees and participants, I suggest a variety of useful tips, substitutes and ideas that enable my clients to consume the right satisfying nutrition all in sync with their demanding daily schedule – something we all have in common.

As a result of our daily routine, our eating habits are driven from emotional sources that are influenced by change of mood stress and tension. Therefore and during the personal training, it is extremely important for me to understand the emotional state the person in front of me is facing – This is in order to allow his body release from tension, especially in stressful days, and revive the required mental flexibility so he/she could handle with the emotional burden.

And yes… It is O.K. to enjoy gourmet food in a restaurant or a delicious dessert on a special occasion as long as it is done with full awareness and control, at the right dosage and only once in a while.

I repeatedly emphasize that a change does not happen in one day. It is very important to build an overall nutritional transformation gradually while restoring the body’s balance. This must be done taking into consideration each person’s medical condition, personal needs and desired tastes.

Just by deciding to open a new page in life and walk in a different path we can already feel proud, optimistic and satisfied.

Good Luck
