Nutritional Dietary Coaching–the Balanced Body

Are you having difficulty managing your personal or family nutritional dietary plan? Are you sick of feeling tired and
heavy? Not succeeding in losing weight?
If you answered “yes” to at least one of these questions, the nutritional training process is the right answer, for both your personal and family goals, for acquiring proper nutritional habits from an early age.
The nutritional training process consists of an average of 6-8 meetings, where the emphasis is on a gradual advance, one step after another, and on an individual basis.
At the first meeting we will start with getting to know you, specifying your needs and defining your goals. It is important for me to hear about your health condition, including a review of your blood test results; daily life schedule; daily diet and eating habits.
In addition, we will discuss the main difficulties you are having with your nutritional diet, such as a lack of time for cooking, a demanding day characterized by quick meals and snack grabbing, difficulty ignoring tasty temptations
when food shopping, a high intake of fat rich foods, and similar issues.

Nutritional training leads to behavioral change

In the following meetings, using a daily nutritional log book that you manage yourself, we will follow the implementation of your newly acquired habits, reduce your intake quantities, make healthy substitutes, and build new behavioral patterns that will help you maintain a proper nutritional daily diet.
For those interested in a more intimate accompaniment, the process includes a visit to your home and a review of the foods in your refrigerator, food shopping together, and guidance in cooking.
Family nutritional training can be carried out in two ways: training for the parents (or just a single parent) or by training involving all the family members.
Within the family nutritional framework, we will consider the personal nutritional preferences of all the family members, build a single menu plan that will satisfy the entire family. You will receive ideas for making the family meal a better bonding experience, where the children take a more active role.
Knowledge based training
In my view, the nutritional coaching process is an educational process. During the process I expose my trainees to a wide variety of foods and recipes according to their preferences, including explanations on the importance of the various nutritional ingredients and how to combine them properly in a way that will result in a pleasant and relaxing feeling of satisfaction.
When people are equipped with a suitable range of tips and solutions for facilitating coping with food wants and lowering intakes, the motivation for keeping to the new path is reinforced and perseverance is made easier.
