Nutrition Training – Eat Well, Feel Well

If you are committed to changing your way of life out of awareness of the detrimental effect that your nutrition and eating habits have on your body, and wish to receive tools and tips to push you forward, nutrition training is the right solution for you.
Even after changing your daily menu and giving up on certain habits, you may still fail to feel a significant improvement in your physical sensation. Professional training will locate the source of the problem and help you overcome it. Sometimes, the obstacle is in the wrong combination of food ingredients or in eating hours that do not suit the body’s demands.
Feel Full but not “Heavy”
During nutrition training, I ask my clients to prepare a food journal that includes everything they consume in a two-day period. I then ask them about their daily routine and their sensitivities (allergies to different types of food), if any.
The journal allows me to find behavioral, consumption, and cultural eating patterns and to examine the nutritional failures accordingly. These failures may affect different physiological processes and result in sensations of weakness, bloating, heaviness, and illness, among others.
The training will provide explanations about easy ways to support the performance of the processes mentioned above and to enhance the feeling of vitality. The aim is to reach a feeling of satiety and to keep full of energy and vigor throughout the day.

Adjusting the Taste to the Body’s Needs
Even with regards to healthy ingredients, it is important to understand which combinations are optimal for the body and for the digestive system’s performance, which foods are recommended for morning consumption, which should be avoided in the evening, what can be mixed with yoghurt, what are the accompaniments to meat, how to reduce the quantity of sugar in cakes, etc.

The tips you receive will allow you to make small changes in your cooking and behavioral patterns that will result in a significant improvement in the way you feel.

In general, nutrition training for a healthy lifestyle comprises a single two-hour session that can take place in person, over the phone, or through Skype.

Nutrition counseling comprises two sessions and is recommended for people with health restrictions, such as diabetes or high cholesterol, who wish to improve the quality of their nutrition while taking medication.

Such counseling allows them to discover a wide variety of options for the consumption of a healthy and correct diet that improves body maintenance and may even lead to better results in the next blood test.
