Healthy Cooking Meetings –
Tools for a Proper Nutrition in a Pleasant Atmosphere

If you like to cook, want to learn how to improve your nutrition, and consider cooking to be a fun, creative, and bonding experience, I invite you to enjoy a social experience centered on a tasty, healthy, and satiating meal.
The dishes will be prepared out of a menu of your choice, proving that it is possible to enjoy a good, special, and nutritious meal without using harmful or fattening ingredients.
We will cook together while explaining about ingredients and procedures. We will also provide tips to help make your cooking healthier and more interesting.
The healthy cooking workshop is designed for intimate groups of five to eight people and can be combined with social events such as birthdays, bachelorette parties, surprise parties, etc.
The workshop is also popular as an experiential parent-child activity. The children enjoy the responsibility and let their creativity flow while cooking. And together with their parents, they learn how to make meals that are both healthier and better-tasting.
The healthy cooking workshop can take the form of a single experiential meeting or a series of meetings designed around specific subjects per request, such as “healthy sushi” cooking. The meetings are full of flavors and aromas, informative, and provide tools for independent cooking to anybody interested in improving their daily nutrition – for themselves and for their families.
